Prof. V. Sreeraman, is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary (ACS), Chennai. He is qualified in Management System (MS) from BITS, Pilani and also holds two postgraduate diplomas in Operation Research and Human Resource Management. He has over a decade of experience in teaching professional courses like CA, CWA, and MBA in various reputed academic institutions like ICFAI Business School, ICWAI-SIRC, LIBA etc. He also has got over 8 ½ years of corporate experience in the areas of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, MIS, Budgeting, Taxation and Secretarial matters. For the past 7 years he is also acting as a trainer to various corporate groups like Wipro, TCS, Satyam, Nidhyana in his domain of expertise. He has been retained a member in recruitment panel of Institutions like Bank of India.

Mr. K. Srinivasan |

Mr. Kidambi Srinivasan, has extensive engineering and manufacturing experience. A Mechanical Engineer, a post-graduate from IIT Madras and ISI (Indian Statistical Institute), his qualifications also include a PG Diploma in Management from LIBA, Chennai. With 30+ years of experience in TVS manufacturing unit, his depth of knowledge encompasses implementation of ISO 9000 and TS 14949 inside a variety of manufacturing settings. As Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner, he has worked with clients on site as a Project Leader and Project Mentor. Srinivasan has been a Visiting Faculty member in many leading B-Schools and his expertise includes Operations Management, Operations Research and Quantitative Methods.

Mr. R. Kasthuri Rangan has 24 years of experience in the industry. He is the Director of a private limited company based in Chennai. Initially foraying into industrial automation and electronics, he has developed a number of automation projects for various industries and organisations. He has worked on business projects in association with many European, Japanese and US companies. He has considerable experience in ITES and wireless technology as well. He is currently engaged in management consultancy and focuses on marketing strategies, market entry, research and business modelling. He is a Visiting Faculty at many B-schools including IIPM, SSN, SMOT and has been teaching several subjects such as Services Marketing, International Marketing, Rural Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Strategic Management and Sales and Distribution Management. He also delivers specialised and advanced courses such as “Frameworks in Marketing.” At SONA, in addition to handling an introductory Achievement Motivation Training session, he teaches Services Marketing and Strategic Management. Kasthuri Rangan holds a Black Belt in Six Sigma methodology and is a Certified Management Consultant under ICMCI-IMCI standards.

Dr. R.Karthikeyan, Director, Gemba Management Consulting, Gemba School of HR, Chennai is a Clinical Psychologist turned HR Professional. He has nineteen years of Academic, Managerial and Consultancy experience. He has worked in Tube Investments and Hyundai Motor India as HR Manager. He has trained more than 27,000 corporate executives till date. His clients include Airtel, Ashok Leyland, Brigade Solutions, Delphi, TVS, Ford, Hexaware Technologies, Hewitt, ICICI Bank, Infosys, Philips, Sundaram Fasteners, Titan, TVS Sri Chakra, Verizon Data Services and others. Apart from corporate training, he conducts assessment centres for Selection and Development and is in board for selecting senior level executives in a lot of companies. He is a writer with Indian Express, a Television film maker and a corporate film maker. He is also a Sports Psychologist and affiliated with Dr.Sandy Gordon, Cricket Psychologist of Australia and he helps sports people and athletes on mental skill training.

Prof. J. Anand is a post graduate in management with over 15 years of experience in the Industry and Academics. He was associated in various organizations like Indian Oil Corporation, SUN TV, SIFY, Consign Technologies, Indian Bank before moving into Academics as a Faculty in Marketing at ICFAI Business School and had a short stint in one of the group companies of Sundaram Finance before started practicing as a Management Consultant. His consulting clients are into diverse sectors like IT, ITES, retail, market research, e learning, manufacturing and higher education. Presently he is an Adjunct Faculty at 'Sona School of Management' and also the Honorary Dean of 'The Market Research School' based out of Chennai. He is also a visiting faculty at various business schools in South India. He has conducted several corporate training programs for companies like Wipro, Citicorp, SAIL, Madras Cements, M K Electric, LIC, Syntel, Pinnacle Software, Bahwan Cybertek, Muscat, Capegemini, Symphony and HCL Technologies. He is a Microsoft certified CRM consultant and a certified teacher by Ministry of Education, Singapore and a member of various professional bodies.

He is a Corporate Trainer and author who has the distinction of training more than 10,000 people all over Asia, North America and UAE. He was selected as a Rotary International Scholar and represented India at the Rotary International Forum, in Calgary, Canada. He has addressed many Universities and Colleges including Banff Community College and University of LeithBridge in Canada on “Inner World-The New Frontier” a program on leadership and team building. He is the author of the Inspirational book "Live with Passion" and has produced motivational audio CDs on "Achieve Your Goals", "Living Excellence", and "Sales Power".

Dr. R. Ravanan | |
Dr. R. Ravanan, Ph.D. is Associate Professor, Department of Statistics, Presidency College, Chennai. He has been experienced about 20 years of research, consultancy and teaching experience in the application of Statistics to Bio-statistics especially in the estimation of HIV/AIDS. He has extensive experience in the application of statistical concepts to HIV/AIDS. He has been teaching and training Advanced Operation Research, Stochastic Processes, Statistical Inference and Multivariate methods to Post Graduate students and researchers and has provided consultancy support to scientists in the field of biomedical sciences and was part of multi-disciplinary research teams in charge of providing statistical guidance. He has considerable experience in using statistical software's SPSS. He has also trained students and researchers on the use of statistical software's like SPSS, MINTAB and SAS. He is life member of Indian Society for Medical Research and Indian Society for Probability and Statistics.

Mr. P. Gopinath, is a multi-qualified person holding Masters in Commerce, Bachelor of Laws, passed Intermediate Company Secretaries of India, Diplomas in Labor law, Central Excise and Customs and at present he is pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law in India’s top law school namely National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He is born in the family comprising of members who are very highly educated in their fields. He is currently practicing as an Advocate in the Salem District Court and in the High Court, Chennai and also a Corporate and Tax Consultant. He is Legal Advisor for large number of Corporate Hospitals, Speciality Hospitals, Super Speciality Surgeons, Doctors, Software companies etc. He is a Legal advisor for recovery agents under SARFEASI Act and has a good experience in the field of Debt recovery including investigation, scrutiny of documents, Vetting of documents, Recovery and Possession of Assets.

Mr. Krishna Ramanujan | |
Mr. Krishna Ramanujam had a multi-faceted career with experience at the board, corporate and field levels specialising in Project Finance, Corporate strategy, Economic planning, Development Finance and Corporate Governance. He was on the Board of the National Stock Exchange of India, Stock Holding Corporation of India OTCEI, large corporates like Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Apollo Tyres, SPIC, Madras Cements, Chettinad Cements and Hotel Leela Venture. Prior to his joining IFCI, he served in the Bureau of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Krishna Ramanujam has a Master's degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Law from University of Delhi. He attended training programmes at the International Management Institute, Geneva, Economic Development Institute, World Bank, Washington and Administrative College of India, Hyderabad.

Mr. Sridharan has 4 decades of banking experience with State Bank of India, the largest commercial bank in India. He has held various positions in the bank such as Assistant General Manager, International Banking (2004 2007),Faculty, International Banking and High value advances, State Bank Academy (1998 2004),Chief Manager, Commercial Credit (1994 1998) Manager, Large Value Commercial Credit (1991 1994) and Asst Manager and Middle Level Manager Branch Banking, Loan administration, Control of operating units (1978- 1991). The mile stones in his career are being a trainer for Bank Dhofar-Al-Omani Al-Fransi, Muscat, Oman to design and conduct programmes on extending loan products and risk management (2001-2004) for their officers and as guest faculty to the training courses conducted by the office of Controller General ofDefense Accounts, Ministry of Defense, Government of India, for their officers . Currently, he has been the visting faculty for premier business schools across the country. | |
