Associate Professor

Prof. D. Immanuel has three years of entrepreneurial experience, eight years of Industrial experience in the areas of sales and marketing of food processing technology / machines, civil construction products and eight plus years of Post Graduate teaching experience. His areas of interests include International Business Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Strategic Management, Brand Management and Retail Management. He pursues Ph.D in “Entrepreneurship Orientation among Students,” from Anna University of Technology: Coimbatore. He is the Head – Centre for Industry Interface. Apart from successfully organizing and initiating various Consultancy Services, Management Development Programmes and Faculty Development Programmes he is also actively involved in Confederation of Indian Industry (CII Salem Chapter), NIPM Salem Chapter and MMA Salem Chapter Networking. He is the Institution Member in the Governing Body of Salem Productivity Council. He is passionate in grooming the students by mentoring, training and facilitating to place them in corporates. His hobbies include Agriculture, Social Work and Driving.

Mr. G. Padmanaban, B.E., M.B.A.,
Assistant Professor

Mr. G. Padmanaban has got 8 years experience in the IT Industry and played major role in Human Resource, Recruitment and Staffing function. He has worked with multinational IT companies like TCS, Wipro, IBM & SIEMENS. His responsiblities include Industry Interface and Placement. His area of interest includes Human Resource Developement, Marketing and Public Relationship.

Mr. P. Kamalakannan, M.B.A.,
Assistant Professor

P. Kamalakannan has submitted his Ph.D. He has 7 yrs of teaching experience and his areas of interest include Finance, Human Resource Management & Marketing. He has presented many papers in National and International conferences. He is trained as a nodal officer for Entrepreneurship Development Cell. He has conduced various training and orientation programmes for co-operative employees and students. He is also been the co-ordinator for various clubs like Rotaract club and Junior Jaycee wing and won best co-ordinator award.
