Ms. L.Shankari has teaching experience for more than two decades. Her areas of interest are Banking and Financial Services. Recently she has submitted her Ph.D thesis in Finance. She has presented papers in National and International Conferences. She has been the resource person for MDP/FDPs organized by Sona School of Management. She has published articles in leading National referred journals and magazines. Her articles on Medical Tourism in the Digital Era, Go Gorilla and “XBRL an excellent electronic tool of the era” have won the appreciation of researchers and academia across the country and have been included in professional reference books. She has also authored two books titled “Management of Financial Services and Managing Diversity”. She has also qualified the Six Sigma Green Belt Certification awarded by Six Sigma Benchmark, Australia. She is an editorial team member for Sona Journal "Global Management Review”. She has anchored two TV programmes titled Manage- mentor in Polymer Channel and the programmes have been rated as the best programmes by the viewers and re-telecast due to the request of the viewers.
