Dr. Pallab Bandyopadhyay Director - Human Resources, Citrix Systems, Bangalore
Dr. Pallab Bandyopadhyay currently heads the country HR function for India for both R&D and Sales as Director-Human resources for Citrix based at Bangalore. Citrix Systems (NASDAQ listed 2 billion US$ revenue) is a leading provider of virtualization, networking and software as a service (SaaS) technologies for more than 230,000 organizations worldwide. A doctoral fellow in HRD from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and Dr. Bandyopadhyay has also been trained at various human process and organization development interventions at NTL, USA as well as adult learning theories at Interactive consultants, Canada. Dr Pallab has more than twenty four years of professional experience in the areas of Institution, Organization and Human Resources Development. Dr Pallab was the past-President of NHRD Bangalore chapter and currently a member at the National HR and IR/ER committee of CII. He has been the member of the CII and NHRD team that developed the first HR competency model HR Compass in India. He has over 30 years of experience in the Finance and Commercial management as well as IT and Business Consulting. He started his career in Hindustan Unilever Limited where he held various commercial management positions. He moved to Sundram Fasteners Limited, the flag ship Company of the TVS group. He also headed the global marketing and the ERP practice in Sundaram Infotech, and has been the architect of putting the till-then in-house servicing division on the international map. He is currently the CEO of alletecAX, a gold Certified Partner of Microsoft and specializing in ERP Consulting, Business Intelligence and Business Collaboration solutions. Mr. Kidambi Srinivasan, has extensive engineering and manufacturing experience. A Mechanical Engineer, a post-graduate from IIT Madras and ISI (Indian Statistical Institute), his qualifications also include a PG Diploma in Management from LIBA, Chennai. With 30+ years of experience in TVS manufacturing unit, his depth of knowledge encompasses implementation of ISO 9000 and TS 14949 inside a variety of manufacturing settings. As Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner, he has worked with clients on site as a Project Leader and Project Mentor. Srinivasan has been a Visiting Faculty member in many leading B-Schools and his expertise includes Operations Management, Operations Research and Quantitative Methods.

Mr. P. Gopinath, is a multi-qualified person holding Masters in Commerce, Bachelor of Laws, passed Intermediate Company Secretaries of India, Diplomas in Labor law, Central Excise and Customs and at present he is pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law in India’s top law school namely National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He is born in the family comprising of members who are very highly educated in their fields. He is currently practicing as an Advocate in the Salem District Court and in the High Court, Chennai and also a Corporate and Tax Consultant. He is Legal Advisor for large number of Corporate Hospitals, Speciality Hospitals, Super Speciality Surgeons, Doctors, Software companies etc. He is a Legal advisor for recovery agents under SARFEASI Act and has a good experience in the field of Debt recovery including investigation, scrutiny of documents, Vetting of documents, Recovery and Possession of Assets.

He is a MBA (PGDPM & IR) in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations in XLRI, Jamshedpur and completed Graduation in Journalism in Delhi University.
