Mr.Kidambi Srinivasan

Mr. Kidambi Srinivasan, has extensive engineering and manufacturing experience. A Mechanical Engineer, a post-graduate from NT Madras and ISI (Indian Statistical Institute), his qualifications also include a PG Diploma in Management from LIBA, Chennai. With 30+ years of experience in TVS manufacturing unit, his depth of knowledge encompasses implementation of ISO 9000 and TS 14949 inside a variety of manufacturing settings. As Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner, he has worked with clients on site as a Project Leader and Project Mentor. Srinivasan has been a Visiting Faculty member in many leading B Schools and his expertise includes Operations Management, Operations Research and Quantitative Methods.

Mr. S.Kumar has a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Post Graduate Diploma in Labour and Industrial Law. He is an Assistant Commissioner with the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation, Under the Ministry of Labour Government of India, which is engaged in the delivery of Social Security Services to the millions of its stake holders in India. He is associated with many institutions and forums, to name some, Confederation of Indian Industry (Southern Chapter), Chennai, Chennai Productivity Council, Tamilnadu Government's Institute of Labour Studies, Chennai, CODISIA, Coimbatore, AIEMA, Chennai etc, in delivering of lectures on labour laws and in organizing seminars. He has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and has been a regular faculty in "Zonal Training Institute", Chennai, a unit of NATRSS ( National Academy for Training and Research in Social Security), New Delhi Mr. S. Kumar is too keen and interested in addressing the specific social security needs of the work force belonging to unorganized sector.

Mr. P.Gopinath, is a multiqualified person holding Masters in Commerce, Bachelor of Laws, passed Intermediate Company Secretaries of India, Diplomas in labour Law, Central Excise & Customs and at present he is pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law in India's top law school namely National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He is born in the family comprising of members who are very highly educated in their fields. Me is at present practicing as an Advocate in the Salem District Court & in the High Court, Chennai and also a Corporate and Tax Consultant. Me is also a Visiting Faculty in the Sona School of Management, Salem. He is Legal Advisor for large number of Corporate Hospitals, Speciality Hospitals, Super Speciality Surgeons, Doctors, Software Companies etc. He is a Legal Advisor for recovery agents under SARFEASI Act and has a good experience in the field of Debt recovery including investigation, scrutiny of documents, Vetting of documents, Recovery and Possession of Assets
