Dr.N.Nithya, With almost ten year of experience in teaching, have handled papers like Quantitative Techniques for Management, Business Research Methods, Total Quality Management, and Supply Chain Management. She has qualified UGC NET and SET in Management Studies and UGC NET in Population Studies. She has published papers around 14 papers in international and Scopus indexed journals. She had co-authored two books on TQM and Quantitative Methods for BE and MBA curriculum. She has also worked for state government for Department of Economics and Statistics for one and half year. To her credit, she has completed, six sigma Green Belt certification programme from Benchmark Australia.
